Basketball Season Includes Our First-Ever Participation in IHSAA State Tourney

The 2008-2009 Fall Creek Academy Engineer basketball season is upon us and we're off and running. This is a highly anticipated season for the both girls and boys. Our basketball programs return a ton of talent from last year and we also have some new additions to the Engineer family. Key returners for our Lady Engineers are Briana Fisher, Taylor Cole, Megan Reid, Deja Small, Tori Easley and Bria Fisher. Key newcomers are DeAsia Perry and Elisabeth Turley. Returning for the boys are Nathan Brown, E.J. Peterson, Eugene Comer, Eric Davis, Chris Reid and Lloyd Milton. Winton Minniefield, Javon Payton and Jefferey Freeman are our newcomers to the Engineer family.
 
This basketball season we are extremely excited about being a part of the IHSAA state tournament. Both girls and boys will be participating in sectional 59 this season. After successfully completing the IHSAA’s standard two-year probation period, this is our big chance to show the city of Indianapolis that Fall Creek Academy can compete not only academically, but athletically as well. We appreciate your support and I'll see you at the games!
